Significant Contribution I and my partner developed a started culture for preparation of apple cider vinegar in a low cost effective method . ( As apple cider vinegar with mother from braggs has significant health advantages but some how it’s expensive, so we could develop a started culture for our society to benefit from it )
Bio My prior work experiences have always thought me to grow my thoughts more into thinking in a scientific direction in-order to help the society. My first project was on pathogens found in Cadbury dairy milk under freeze thaw conditions . The next was extraction of bioactive compounds from actinomycetes. The next was on developing a started culture for apple cider vinegar. The other was rewiring of one carbon metabolism in salmonella could prove as an effective vaccine . Now presently i m working on Sickle cell anemia and other blood related disorders ( effective and low cost method for diagnosis) Also , I m a part of the work that involves genetics mutation and epigenetic of certain genes in correlation to population genetics.
Primary Role Research
Leadership I designed and lead a group of 5 people during my post graduation for the Cadbury dairy milk project . The other project which I lead was the Development of started culture for apple cider vinegar.
