My courses and research efforts at the CSIR National Chemical Laboratory in Pune, where I am presently pursuing my Ph.D. in plant molecular biology, have given me a solid foundation in plant molecular biology techniques. I have a thorough understanding of the theories and procedures in the field because of my academic expertise with protein purification and cloning.
My expertise in the lab involves being a trained Plant Molecular Biologist with research experience in RNA extraction, reverse transcription, Real-time (Quantitative) and endpoint PCR, DNA purification, and agarose gel electrophoresis. Cloning in bacterial systems, primers designing, restriction digestions, ligations, competent cell preparation, and transformation.
Apart from my technical skills, I bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent communication skills to the table. I am confident that my collaborative and proactive approach will contribute positively towards the dynamics in research .
