1997 - Addressed a Committee of the House of Commons of the British Parliament on
adverse effects of Fluoride upon fluoridation of water on health.
2008 - Trained Lawyers in Tokyo to argue an issue pending in Japanese Parliament “Diet” on
adverse effects of feeding School children fluoride tablets to combat Dental caries
(cavity formation in teeth).
2010 - Addressed South Australian Parliament Members on adverse effects of fluoridation ofwater on preventing hemoglobin formation in pregnancy resulting in anaemia and low
birth weight babies.
2016 - Addressed the Canadian Fluoridation Committee in Toronto on adverse effects of
fluoridation of drinking water on health.

1974 – 1997: Life time Teaching & Research in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in Histocytochemistry & Microscopic Anatomy to medical students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
1997 – 2019: Teaching & Research conducted in Fluorosis disease. Fluorosis Research &Rural Development Foundation, Delhi (Non-Governmental Organization) established. Darpan No:DL / 2018 / 0211 / 374 established for continuation of professional activities.
Based on basic researches on Fluoride and Fluorosis, developed the diagnostic test for Fluorosis and is availed by patients for correct diagnosis from India and Overseas.
Recipient of Ranbaxy Research Foundation Award for detection of a chemical factor for its role in soft tissue calcification in Fluorosis. The same chemical factor demineralizes the hard tissues (bone and tooth). Two distinctly different effects of the same element Fluoride on the biological system.

Fluorosis Diagnostic Facility & Prevention and control of Fluorosis:
Rhyan International Fluorosis Diagnostic Facility & Counseling Centre established since 2013 in Fluorosis Foundation of India, Delhi-92. Clinicians across the nation refer their patients to this
Facility.
